Jeremy Goulding; CEO

Appointed CEO following the founder’s sale of the business to private investors in 2010, Jeremy Goulding brings over 25 years’ international experience of growth in high technology software companies. Prior to his appointment he was CEO of Artisan Software Tools, a leading supplier of modelling tools for specification, design and development of complex applications, and was instrumental in its growth and subsequent MBO. He has worked in Europe and in the US in a number of executive and management consulting roles for technology businesses. With a Law degree from Southampton University, and an MBA from Bath University, Jeremy’s focus is the strategic development of Wheatley Associates as a provider of software solutions delivering value both for businesses that are asset intensive and for those deploying a mobile workforce.

Lisa Norris; Managing Director

Lisa joined Wheatley Associates in 2005 to head up the sales operation. Then in 2007, Lisa was appointed as Managing Director. Her true expertise lies in advising customers on workforce scheduling efficiencies and  the application of technology to increase productivity.  Prior to joining Wheatley’s, Lisa worked for a large systems integrator helping customers to integrate multiple applications. Lisa is a member of the Institute of Directors, holds the CIM qualification for marketing and in her spare time enjoys silversmithing and holds her own registered hallmark.

Stuart Atkins; Engineering Director

After graduating from the University of Northampton with an HND in Computer Systems Engineering, Stuart joined Wheatley Associates as a junior software developer in 1993. Since then, Stuart has been heavily involved in the majority of solutions provided by Wheatley Associates and occupies an influential position in the company, engaging with customers on a business and technical level, and working with the engineering team to influence software design and direction.

Craig Edge; Senior Consulting Engineer

Craig joined Wheatley in 2010 after 30 years' experience in the utilities sector. A chartered electrical engineer Craig has operated within the gas, electricity and water sectors and was Operations Director within the Energy and Contracting Solutions Division of United Utilities. With many years' experience running direct labour and contract workforces in challenging commercial environments he has many years experience using Wheatley products from a client's perspective.

Mark Butler; Engineering Operations Manager

Mark’s software development career started in the late '80s and for the most recent two decades he has been responsible for leading teams that have developed many innovative software solutions in the Utilities and Mobile computing space. For the 8 years prior to joining Wheatley Associates, Mark was a Director of a Suffolk based software engineering company that specialised in helping clients to realise their software and hardware products in the digital signage, assistive technology and Smart Metering arenas. In the Utilities sector he has managed teams working on many of the common systems required including energy contract management, pricing, costing, billing, registration and pre-payment management.
