Global Reports & Internet Processing System (GRIPS)
28 Mar, 2007
Wheatley Associates announces a new reporting module for its GRASP workforce management system.
GRIPS allows reports to be made available over the internet via a robust security system. The system is of benefit to Local Authorities or Housing Management Companies, or their contractors, who require: Key Performance Indicators, Managing and Maintaining Contractors, Invoice details, Time Sheets and Profit and Loss statements.
Contractors will be able to post work conducted between key dates via the internet, avoiding paper or complex spreadsheets. It will also enable the management of open book or cost plus working.
"We are delivering paperless real time work force management systems, that are end to end solutions”...”When a job is subcontracted, GRASP can manage the job in just the same way as it manages a direct labour force (DLO) in real time. We don’t want contractors getting bogged down in paperwork or keeping years of historic paper records." John Wheatley, Managing Director, Wheatley Associates Ltd.
GRIPS adds to the fully integrated product suite on either SQL Server or Oracle platforms. The fully integrated product suite includes:
- GRASP: Which provides multilingual, multi company appointment booking and scheduling.
- TODAY: Which enables real time scheduling and dispatch to Windows CE mobile devices. TODAY provides customer screen, logic design and real time communication via GPRS. It also has GPS tracking.
- PAS (Property Asset System): Which provides the repository of data which powers GRIPS and provides a powerful integration tool to other housing systems.
This fully integrated solution also supports Lone Working.
