North Somerset Housing Ltd select GRASP workforce management
04 Mar, 2007
North Somerset Housing Limited (NSH) have chosen the Wheatley Associates’ GRASP workforce management solution. GRASP will interface to their existing housing management systems and will schedule their 40 trades people who maintain over 6,000 homes in the North Somerset area.
There were two key requirements that influenced NSH to select GRASP. The first was their desire for an integrated scheduler and configurable hand held solution, so reducing delivery time by negating any integration issues. Secondly, NSH required an internet solution that could easily be integrated with their existing housing management systems. Despite NSH looking at a range of alternative solutions GRASP was the only workforce management software that met these key requirements out-of-the-box.
"We conducted a thorough evaluation of the alternatives. After a site visit to the Places for People Group, who use the same housing management system as ourselves, we were convinced GRASP was the right solution for us. We were very impressed by the company’s flexible approach, the integrated handheld solution provided and its excellent value for money." Mark Talbot, IT Manager, North Somerset Housing Limited.
"We are pleased to welcome North Somerset Housing to our rapidly expanding customer base in the housing sector. The advantages of real-time internet based scheduling and customer configurable hand held software offers significant benefits over our competitors’ more traditional solutions. Our integrated approach allows us to offer rapid implementation which reduces our customers’ costs and increases our completive position in this market." John Wheatley, Managing Director, Wheatley Associates Ltd.
