Two Rivers Housing Grasps Leading Edge Scheduler
05 Jan, 2007
Two Rivers Housing has appointed Wheatley Associates to deliver its GRASP workforce management system. The system will enable responsive repair appointments and real time field management via PDA's.
"GRASP will allow us to offer our customers time banded appointments whilst also introducing flexibility and further efficiencies to our craftsman and contractors" Garry King, Chief Executive.
The Wheatley solution was won via competitive tender and was awarded by highlighting its ease of use, offering a fully integrated and customisable hand held solution from one supplier.
"We are pleased to welcome Two Rivers Housing to our rapidly increasing housing customer list. We currently schedule some 2.5M home visits in the UK each year, that’s around 10% of all the properties in the UK." John Wheatley, Managing Director, Wheatley Associates Ltd.
The system is Internet enabled allowing secure remote access and available on either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
