Wheatley Associates announces the second generation of its GRASP mobile workforce scheduling software.
GRASP2 is Wheatley Associates world beating appointment booking, scheduling and mobile software package which is used to manage mobile maintenance workforces.
The new features have been developed in response to newly available technology and customers’ needs. The many new benefits within GRASP2 includes enhanced usability through a much more sophisticated and visually appealing mapping module (see below) that can display maps in various new industry formats. Enhanced worker safety from a new Lone Working facility to ensure mobile workers stay safe in hazardous locations and the enhanced real-time management of work through jobs changing colour as their status changes out in the field.
