Wheatley Associates acquires Alton8

Wheatley Associates announces that it has acquired the Ipswich based software company Alton8 as part of its expansion strategy.

Wheatley Associates are pleased to announce the purchase of the software development and consultancy division of the Ipswich based software and services company Alton8 Ltd. The purchase allows Wheatley Associates to further strengthen its development capability of both gas and electricity IT tools for the utilities market with a team of experienced software consultants who will bring valuable technical skills and relevant sector knowledge.
