Wheatley Associates, the market leaders in metering asset management and workforce scheduling software, has appointed Jeremy Goulding as its new CEO.

Previously CEO at Artisan Software Tools Ltd where he led the company’s recovery in the wake of the dotcom bubble bursting, Goulding was a key member of the management buy-out in 2007 growing Artisan to be a leading supplier of collaborative modeling tools for requirements analysis, specification, design and development of complex applications. With more than 25 years of operations, sales and strategic development and implementation experience in high technology companies, he was most recently working with the CEO Collaborative Forum where he worked with 80+ European SME CEOs and at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) Business School on its Executive Education programs in Spain.

"With our software systems already being used by customers to manage 70% of the United Kingdom’s electricity meters, and the Government’s goal for every household to have a smart meter by 2020, we have a tremendously exciting opportunity at Wheatley Associates. Our investments in web enabled workforce mobility solutions and dual fuel capabilities for asset management and tracking make us a leading contender to supply these systems within the UK utilities market as part of the country's carbon reduction efforts. As smart metering installations ramp up, our products that combine dynamic scheduling systems and embedded knowledge of the data flows within utilities allow us to offer IT systems perfectly suited to the needs of established and new entrants whether suppliers, operators or workforce contractors."  Jeremy Goulding, CEO, Wheatley Associates Ltd.
