Wheatley Associates' GRASP helps Gentoo win prestigious IT award

The National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) has announced that Gentoo has jointly won its "Best use of IT" award. As part of its overall efficiency and quality drive Gentoo has been using Wheatley Associates' GRASP mobile workforce management software since 2007. Gentoo currently use it to manage 120 of their mobile repairs and maintenance workforce. At Gentoo, GRASP interfaces with their Orchard Housing Management System to provide an integrated workforce management solution which delivers more jobs per day from the mobile workforce.
Gentoo was praised for its "intelligent use of technology throughout its repairs and maintenance lifecycle" according to the January 2011 issue of Housing Technology magazine.
