Amethyst is an asset management solution designed to cover the full economic life of physical assets from order placement to final retirement and disposal. It allows the management of any physical assets and it can also be used to manage stock levels, replenishments, stock issue, usage, warranties and asset reallocations.
Amethyst presents a single, unified view of the asset portfolio, allowing the user to see all of their assets from a single place. Furthermore, Amethyst is ideally suited to the tracking of assets through supply chain locations including stores and vans to final installation so that you always know where any given asset is at any given time.
Functionality to perform stock management activities, such as stock checks and suggested order quantities, are provided ‘out of the box’. Linking asset suppliers with the products they supply allows definition of warranty and repair services together with the tracking of those activities.
Amethyst allows the management of servicing and preventive maintenance activities and can interface with work management systems to provide an end-to-end solution ensuring the best return on investment from valuable assets.
