Wheatley Associates is working on a range of new and innovative solutions. Some examples of new concepts we are working on are:
What-if Manager - for planning and forecasting workforce capacities, both a high level Scenario Manager to simplify data inputs and provide management overviews of the packages of work and a sophisticated engine, taking feeds from one or more products to provide detailed information about how work will be undertaken.
Field Worker Auditing - enabling real-time unannounced audits highlighting shortfalls or weaknesses in the workforce to enable proactive and targeted remedial action.
Contract Integrator - capturing multiple sources of work data the Contract Integrator will enable the scheduling of work (to both DLO and subcontractors) to be performed with a holistic view of the work programme.
