Work management and scheduling. Targeted at Meter Asset Maintainers (MAM) and designed to interface with JUMBO or a customer's own meter asset management solution. The application automates the creation of mobile workers’ schedules optimising the utilisation of skilled resources ensuring the right skill is available at the right time in the right place. The application combines industry mandatory service requirements, business rules and specific contract requirements to ensure multiple contracts can be easily managed and workforce utilisation optimised to maximise competitiveness for an organisation.
GRASP
Browser based workforce scheduling. Applicable to any skills based workforce organisation, it can quickly determine the best distribution of workload to hundreds of operatives. The system delivers dynamic re-organisation of urgent and pre-planned work while minimising travel time. Routes, operative tracking and other data can be visualised on any popular web based map including Google maps and OpenStreetMap. Customers can also be sent advanced notification via SMS to eliminate “no access” situations.
Today
Mobile data capture. Replaces paper job sheets by handling the transmission and receipt of work from the field workforce. Today manages real time changes in priorities, communicating to the field worker, validating data entry and providing the required feedback, enabling customers to improve their service delivery and their customers’ experience.
