GRASP and ASSIGN efficiently schedule both planned and unplanned work. Work can be booked as an appointment or as a job to be completed within a set timescale. Jobs can be scheduled individually on the day to cope with unplanned situations or in advance for planned work.

GRASP and ASSIGN can react to emergency work by being able to book emergency work and re-scheduling operatives’ working days ‘on the fly’ to cope with changing priorities.

GRASP automatically sends SMS messages to customers at intervals to inform them of pending visits reducing the likelihood customers will not be at home.

GRASP and ASSIGN enable users to mix and match both in-house and contracted workforces within the same scheduling and appointment screens to optimise business requirements.
