Lone working module for hand held devices
Mobile workers’ safety is improved by the inclusion of a lone working module into Wheatley Associates hand held solution
Suffolk, UK - January 2006 - Wheatley Associates announces a Lone Working module for its revolutionary TODAY 3 and GRASP mobile and scheduling software. John Wheatley Managing Director commented: “Our software already has the ability to track the workforce in real time this is a natural extension of the system and will provide panic alarms as well as extended work duration alarms whilst working in high risk locations or hazardous work areas”.
TODAY 3 can operate on any Windows CE or Pocket PC device from PDA’s to fully ruggedised hand held units. The software will be commercially available from March 2006.
