United Utilities Adopts New Hand Held Software

United Utilities Adopts TODAY 3, Wheatley Associates’ leading edge solution for mobile workforces

Suffolk, UK - March 2006 - United Utilities upgrades its TODAY hand held software for its 600+ mobile operatives.

"We have been using Wheatley Associates TODAY hand held solutions since 2001. We recently conducted an extensive 5 month evaluation of TODAY 3 and have been very impressed with its capabilities and are now rolling out the software to 600+ hand held units."

"The software is unique in its ability to be easily adapted by the business; we can add our own business rules, screen layouts and operative questions which have significantly improved the business data quality whilst also enabling the migration to new hand held units. Wheatley Associates made the software available on a large selection of hand held units which enabled us to thoroughly evaluate each unit in our live environment."

Craig Edge, Operation Director, United Utilities

"We are pleased that United Utilities has purchased this significant upgrade to TODAY 3 which has been designed to operate with many thousands of Hand Held devices running either Microsoft Windows CE™ or Pocket PC™."

John Wheatley, Managing Director, Wheatley Associates
