PAS contains all the asset information about a property. When appointment information is sent from GRASP to the hand held device, any relevant asset information is picked up from PAS and transmitted. This supplies the operative with up to date asset information about a property which can be modified when new assets are installed or old ones removed. This updated information is sent back to PAS, which keeps a audit trail of any changes made to a property.

The generic nature of PAS means that it can be continually expanded to meet the growing data capture demands of customers. Alongside the property and asset information, PAS will also allow the capture of information allowing reporting against Key Performance Indicators enabling users to quickly see the current status of the business’s performance.
